Terms governing access to and use of The Cyclical Trading website and My TCT services.
1. Website operator

2. Product status
Trinity and Synapse are currently Coming Soon. Pages, accounts, technical features or test environments do not constitute a public offer and do not guarantee an availability date. Pricing, commercial conditions, supported platforms and license terms will be published before sales open.
3. Informational content
Research, articles, analysis, educational material and AI output are provided for information and research purposes. They are not personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
4. My TCT
Account credentials are personal and must be protected. TCT may apply technical and security controls to protect accounts, licenses, downloads and infrastructure.
5. Intellectual property
TCT trademarks, text, graphics, software, proprietary logic, strategies, documentation, code, indicators, methods and materials are protected by applicable law. Copying, decompiling, distributing, reselling or reconstructing proprietary logic without written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Third-party services
The website may link to brokers, platforms or external services governed by their own terms. Opening a brokerage account is separate from acquiring any TCT product. Some links may be affiliate links where clearly disclosed.
7. Technical availability
TCT does not guarantee that the website, My TCT, AI, downloads or integrations will always be error-free or continuously available.
8. Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, TCT is not responsible for trading decisions made solely on the basis of website content or for losses caused by markets, brokers, data feeds, slippage, latency, outages, user configuration or third-party services.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and non-waivable rights under European Union law.
