Data we process

• My TCT account identity and contact data;
• authentication, session and security data;
• license, plan, entitlement and enabled-platform information;
• where required, trading-account identifiers and broker server associated with a license;
• support requests;
• text voluntarily submitted to TCT AI and minimum context required to answer;
• technical information such as IP address, application logs and data used for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.

Purposes and legal bases

• providing My TCT, authentication, licensing, downloads and support: contractual or pre-contractual measures;
• protecting accounts and infrastructure: legitimate interests;
• responding to user requests: steps requested by the data subject;
• meeting legal and tax obligations: legal obligation.

TCT AI

TCT AI is an informational and support assistant. Requests may be processed using OpenAI services. Do not submit passwords, full license keys, sensitive financial information or unnecessary personal data. AI answers are not personalised financial advice and may contain errors.

Providers and recipients

Technical providers may process data where necessary to operate the service, including Cloudflare for hosting, network and security, Resend and Google/Gmail for email, and OpenAI for the AI assistant, according to their respective roles and applicable terms.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers rely on mechanisms recognised by the GDPR such as adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for any additional period required by law. Security and technical logs are retained for limited periods proportionate to service-protection needs.
